a little thing called ... GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HEAD
Ok that was wild but useful. Now that I have your attention ... prepare for this ransack of a man and his feelings. I’m being followed. No lie, buy a thing, unlike most stalkers, this one is not attempting to do this consciously. This wave of random emotion is a lot like waiting for a television show that you need to see, or venturing to the next chapter in a "fuck ya-kick ass" book. The show and the book have no attention of stalking you night and day; praying on your thoughts and making you suffer and wait until you meet again. No, this is a kind of torment that you just want to let go, but can't, in your own right, because unknowing to you, your secretly ... nay, the feeling is a omnipotent force that your curious about. This feeling is just a raw curious mess that follows me, but fuck ... I want to know, I feel like an agnostic who wants to believe in God, and God is poking the same agnostic with a lightning bolt in the ass. for shits sake, walking down the street the other day, I noticed my shadow, and I felt the same feeling that I do now, this one is like a shadow, and just want to turn around and say "uhm I know your there, but there’s pretty much nothing I can do about you, so instead of following me, help to accept you." I do this shadow of mine, not of one's doing, has some how creped in my mind and knowing to let it go, I just want to reject/accept it. A fucking oxymoron, but for me, no oxy ... just a moron on my part. Sure, I can go to one and say all these things but there’s a chance that one might just fade away. some may say, good let it go, at least now you wont have to think about it ... well your wrong, if that happens, the aftermath of the ones action will linger in my brain like watching the new adventures of batman. The fuck ... seriously, what ever, shadow ... I’m waiting.

another lame art examination: the alex ross story
Good and evil … the contrast of good and evil has appeared in every aspect that man could create. Man has created the arts to express ones self to define the very core of his/her meaning. In the beginning of time, man drew on the walls to tell of their ventures, of what was good in their life and what caused much turmoil. Thus the start of a type of expression, a feeling that defined the difference between yin and yang with the use of color and detail and enveloping different techniques to trick the eye and create it more expressive. Alex Ross is a man, like all artists; his medium is realism. The painting shown describes the contrast of good and evil, unlike the cave drawings; this envelops the use of different creative techniques with the picture placement and contrast of color. Alex chose to go with heroes in the light, bad guys in the dark, in order to personify color to emphasize the contrast of smooth good and sharp evil.
Superman and Brainiac [and so on] are contrasted in the middle with the use of good being primary triads, and evil being its negative. Opposite in everyway, just like in the comic book, Alex Ross made sure to contrast these individuals with the use of positive and negative colors. Furthermore, to take in mind is the placement on the picture plain, with the focal point being the faces of the heroes/villains; you follow the faces down the triangle like line till you get to the foreground. After examining all the hero/villain alike, you see the contrast in not only color but lighting. The way Ross used lighting was truly fascinating in the piece of art work, he placed the light source high in the sky for both hero/villain. For the heroes, a light white was used to light the heroes, and for villains, a sort of neon light blue haze, almost a moon-like atmosphere, was used.
Alex contrasts good and evil in many ways in this piece of art work; he uses it with color, lighting, picture placement, personification, and shape. With use of color and shadow contrasts the use of light and picture placement which envelops the idea of good and evil. There is [in a way] good and evil in all of us, in Chinese terms, Yin and Yang represent the forces of good and evil in the world and within, and these can be seen in every aspect of life. Which are both in opposition and complementary to each other. Did Alex mean to lecture when he made this painting? Did he mean to question and judge peoples lives when they looked at this? No, he wanted to show a contrast in good and evil through superheroes and villains, and tried to show us that in our differences, we’re all alike.

Cyanide and Happiness #1
Cyanide and Happiness @ Explosm.net
kung fu? is there a fight a foot? but wait some confusion ... OH SHIT, their heads are stuck together! hahahaha! come on, compared to our* versions of a good fight scene, it looks like a fight, superman vs doomsday. batman vs joker, Eastwood vs Mexicans, and Jedi vs sith. but the Asian influence puts a new perspective that to most it doesn't make since and leaves you with a diagnoses with epilepsy and mild seizures. look at the background in the first and second strip, a green background with white lines, if that were actually animated, it would be moving and still wouldn't make any god damn sense. so here's a spoof on an animation style that just pretty much sucks.

RIP Charleston Heston
Friends, Romans, countrymen, fellow planet of the apes fans, lend me your ears;
I come to bury Charleston Heston, and to praise him.
The evil that apes do lives after him;
The good is oft interred with their damn dirty ape bones;
So let it be with Charleston Heston. The informative news
Hath told you Charleston Heston were ambitious:
If it were so, it was a understatement,
And grievously hath Charleston Heston answer'd it. with a scream "LET MY PEOPLE GO!"
Here, under leave of Charleston Heston to rest -
For Charleston Heston is an honourable man;
and i've Come to speak in Charleston Heston's funeral.
let him have many laughs with mosses about the good old times
Look at all the films he appeared in over the course of his 60-year career: The Greatest Show on Earth, The Ten Commandments, Touch of Evil, Ben-Hur, The Greatest Story Ever Told, Planet of the Apes, The Omega Man, Soylent Green ... and that's just the particularly famous ones.
"I’m confident about the future of America,” Heston said in the videotaped announcement of his illness in August of 2002. "I believe in you; I know that the future of our country, our culture, and our children is in good hands. I know you will continue to meet adversity with strength and resilience, as our ancestors did . . .”
Moses has spoken.
we all love and miss you

a boy and his car
there comes a time in every teenagers life, in which he looks himself in the mirror and says "I'm a man!" and truth be told, at that age, manliness is an un-reachable target [for most]. one of the things that helps get a teen to that point is a girl and ... a licence. a licence to kill, but instead of killing mortals, he'd be killing' concrete. yes, the feeling of wind in his hair, the ladies looking at him in a way that he would never get if he took his mountain bike to school, just makes you want to shout from a mountain top and scream your way to victory. with his wings he can do anything, he has no goal in life, he has no aspirations, just him and the holy concrete and the law, but even then its easy to be lawless. as soon he hears that engine spark and rumble, his heart races, he feels the energy he's about to exert and he gets ready, his heart beat gets in tune with the rumble and he switches his radio to Van Halen's "Panama" and its nothing but road from there. a boy and his car, a dynamic duo, an unbreakable [but crash able] alliance, a brotherhood, rivaled only by girls and dogs. truly a boy and his car ... god and man ... man and machine, bonds of creation live on!
"For I must be travelling on, now, cause theres too many places Ive got to see... cause I'm as free as a bird now, And this bird you can not change."

walk this way!
schoolgirl sweetie with a classy kinda sassy
little skirt's climbin' way up the knee
there was three young ladies in the school gym locker
when I noticed they was lookin' at me
I was a high school loser, never made it with a lady
till the boys told me somethin' I missed
then my next door neighbor with a daughter had a favor
so I gave her just a little kiss
like this!
looks like this rocker's got a lady ;]

our fair lady rock and roll!
as long as i could remeber, it has always been "sex, drugs, and rock and roll" plus the booze, broads, and bullets that go with it. so what is it about this genre that appels so much? is it that relase of inner presure that jazz and clasical music has supressed that fellow man from his job, his wife, and the constant "big brother" trying to take his pennies. rock and roll started with chuck berry, jerry lee lewis, elive presley, and the beatles. they took rock and roll and made it their preverbeal bitch, they rocked, and they let everyone know it too. if you look how chopin*, coltrain, davis, and lewis rocked out at jazz and clasical, you can tell a rock like lennon saw that and went "YES!" then rock became the weapon of teenagers, with their screams inspired more, more rock is what they got. the stones came along and everyone shit their pants, a rock band with power, they taught the world not to fear ... anything! they could tell you anything and you would do it, because its only rock and roll. as the stone showed their power, the who came along and showed them whats with the jaw droping guitar solo's and amazing drum rifts, big brother was worried when he heard the news that rock had the youth by the balls. now zeppelin came to tip their hat to the youth and the shit hit the fan of talent. applying the mystic wonder of alister crowely and lord of the rings with a power surge of page and bohnem. zepplin has to be one of rock's blessings, if influence, the rifts, the motifs, the lyrics ... all of them are godly. they surge with emotion and scream like william wallace screaming "FREEDOM!" looking at rock and roll, morphing our country, looking the youth the it spawned, their supression of society and seeing their gloomy faces going to their jobs with nothing but money on their ming, rather then going to the concerts with nothing but fucking rock and roll on thier lips, really shows a change nothing in music, but people. their music and voice still lives on but the spirt they once had is long gone. why? why can't the youth embrase rock and roll like they did oh so long ago? no, they'd rather listen to simple music like rap, and hardcore and depressing country talking about a lost dog and how he got drunk and shit his pants. i say fuck that and gimmi more rock and roll, rock on!

out of the ashes, comes the smoke, lady smoke
White smoke in the distance
Filled with nothing but joy
if you try to reach for it,
the smoke will only be coy.
In a wood, forged by earth’s pay,
Distant harmony beyond the brush
in the flurry is where this love lay.
Lays a woman, so lush
“Are you of this smoke, nymph?” asked I
“Or just another lie?”
Looking up, she saw the sky
and drifted away within a sigh
Filled with nothing but joy
if you try to reach for it,
the smoke will only be coy.
In a wood, forged by earth’s pay,
Distant harmony beyond the brush
in the flurry is where this love lay.

an ode to the finest
first and for most, captain America lives.... glory to his return, more later ...
what is an ode? glorifying an idea? a stable living hero? formidable justice?
YES, all these things manifested into one existence. for years I've had a brain trust, in truth, it was humorous and fun, but in many cases have helped me move mountains. For this is an honor to my brain trust...
to Caleb!
who else to blame for this? i wouldn't be who i am with out this man's intuitive help in my life. almost to me, a man i call brother, he's been my hero for ages, since i was a very young age. he awakened my imagination and showed me where the wild things are, how to find mordor, showed me where the closet of Narnia lies, helped me search for the lost ark with Dogg, we crossed the bridge to terabithia, we did the kessel run in under 12 parsecs, and we fought along side one another against the legion of doom. Caleb has always been there for me, like a good book, always there, always ready, always ready to open your mind. we were fellow actors, but we will always be fellow artists (in different aspects). from long talks @ 3 am, to flying kites in the middle of ford Field, he is ... well how else to explain it then an allusion ... he's like Yoda's light saber, he's batman's bat cave, he's Micheal Scott's "world's best boss" coffee mug, he's Han solo, he's Indiana, he is jimmy Hendrix, but all the while his greatness is always humble and that is crucial, nay his essence of his being, this is why Caleb is ... a legend.
to Matt!
Matt, good sir Matt, always like colossus in the x-men, a gentle caring soul but always ready to fight, but Matt here doesn't fight with fists (at times) he fights with his heart. my good friend matt has one of the kindest heart Ive ever seen, gentle and wise but with Klingon strength and honor, he fight for us... his friends. being a highly valued member of my brain trust, he has my trust, and my friendship. Matt is no mere side-kick to dear Caleb. Matt is like batman, and Caleb superman ... he brings new light and new persona to this squad of super individuals ... he's been there just as astute and humble as Caleb. for this he has my blessing.
